I was educated at St. Cuthbert's Grammar School, Newcastle-upon-Tyne before attending Leeds Dental School where I qualified in 1983. After 6 months working as a house officer at Leeds Dental Hospital, I worked in practice for 2 years as an associate. I acquired Outwood Dental Care in 1986 as a single handed Practitioner.
Outside of work I enjoy a round of golf, watching premiership football and spending time with my family.
